S udahom podizati ruke iznad glave, s izdahom savijemo noge u koljenu koliko nam treba i napravimo ravnim le\u0111ima duboki pretklon prema naprijed, naslonimo rebra na bedra, ruke su paralelne sa stopalima, ramena su daleko od u\u0161iju. Na udah izravnamo ruke i na izdah opustimo tijelo na bedrima (2 puta). Primimo se za laktove (suprotna ruka suprotni lakat) i povu\u010demo laktove prema podu, izdu\u017eimo kralje\u017enicu, zadr\u017eimo 3 udaha.
