Organi za detoksikaciju su: jetra, bubrezi, ko\u017ea, tanko i debelo crijevo te plu\u0107a. Savremeni na\u010din \u017eivota koji danas \u017eivimo podrazumijeva mnogo sjedenja, te jako puno industrijski visoko prera\u0111ene hrane koja je bogata zasi\u0107enim mastima, \u0161e\u0107erom, aditivima i sl. Moramo znati da sve \u0161to unesemo u organizam na\u0161e tijelo nastoji da svojim metaboli\u010dkim putevima iskoristi ili za stvaranje energije ili u gradivne i za\u0161titne svrhe.
