Me\u0111utim, postoji posebna skupina vlakana koja \u010dini mnogo vi\u0161e \u2013 rije\u010d je o jednoj od najsna\u017enijih prirodnih materija za podr\u0161ku imunolo\u0161kom sistemu i smanjenje rizika od hroni\u010dnih bolesti. To su <strong>beta-glukani<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"blog-text-section  \">\n    \n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to su beta-glukani?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beta-glukani su posebna vrsta <strong>topljivih prehrambenih vlakana<\/strong> koji su prisutni u \u0107elijskim zidovima \u017eitarica (posebno zobi i je\u010dma), pojedinih vrsta gljiva (npr. <em>shiitake<\/em><em>, <\/em><em>maitake<\/em><em>, <\/em><em>reishi<\/em>), ali i u kvascima te algama. Nalazimo ih i u gljivama koje rastu na na\u0161im podru\u010djima, iako u manjim koli\u010dinama u usporedbi s azijskim ljekovitim gljivama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beta-glukani se me\u0111usobno razlikuju prema vrsti glikozidnih veza, \u0161to direktno utje\u010de na njihovo biolo\u0161ko djelovanje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beta-glukani iz <strong>zobi i je\u010dma<\/strong> sadr\u017ee prete\u017eno <strong>(1,3\/1,4)-\u03b2-D-glukozne veze.<\/strong> Kao viskozna vlakna u crijevima stvaraju strukturu sli\u010dnu gelu, <strong>usporavaju pra\u017enjenje \u017eeluca i apsorpciju glukoze<\/strong>, \u010dime poma\u017eu u <strong>regulaciji <\/strong><strong>nivoa<\/strong><strong> \u0161e\u0107era<\/strong> u krvi te sni\u017eavanju <strong>hol<\/strong><strong>esterola<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beta-glukani iz <strong>kvasaca i gljiva<\/strong> sadr\u017ee prete\u017eno <strong>(1,3\/1,6)-\u03b2-D-glukozne veze.<\/strong> Ovi su sna\u017enije povezani s <strong>imunomodulatornim<\/strong><strong>djelovanjem<\/strong> jer se ve\u017eu na receptore imunolo\u0161kih \u0107elija.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao i ostala prehrambena vlakna, beta-glukani se ne probavljaju, ve\u0107 dospijevaju u debelo crijevo, gdje ih fermenti\u0161u crijevne bakterije. To odgovara otprilike 75 g zobene ka\u0161e dnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako jo\u0161 ne postoji slu\u017ebeno utvr\u0111ena preporu\u010dena dnevna doza za <strong>imunolo\u0161ki u\u010dinak<\/strong>, brojna istra\u017eivanja upu\u0107uju na to da redovna konzumacija gljiva poput<em>shiitake, maitake i reishi<\/em>, kao i dodataka ishrani na bazi kvasaca, mo\u017ee da pru\u017ei mjerljive koristi \u2013 posebno <strong>u razdobljima pove\u0107ane izlo\u017eenosti virusnim infekcijama.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas dobro znamo kako pravilna ishrana, hidratacija i dodaci ishrani svojim povoljnim u\u010dinkom na zdravlje probave mogu doprinijeti normalnom funkcionisanju imunolo\u0161kog sistema!
