Prema relevantnim studijama i izvje\u0161\u0107ima, manjak vitamina D vrlo je ra\u0161iren problem u Europi. Postoci variraju ovisno o definiciji &#8220;manjka&#8221;, dobi ispitanika i dobu godine, ali podaci su zabrinjavaju\u0107i.&nbsp;Procijenjeno je da oko 40% Europljana ima manjak vitamina D, a vi\u0161e od 10% ima ozbiljan manjak.&nbsp;Jeste li sigurni da niste me\u0111u njima?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako ga svi nazivamo vitaminom, vitamin D tehni\u010dki nije vitamin, ve\u0107 <strong>prohormon<\/strong> koji na\u0161e tijelo mo\u017ee samo da proizvede u ko\u017ei, kada je izlo\u017eeno sun\u010devoj svjetlosti. U jetri i bubrezima pretvara se u aktivni oblik \u2013 <strong>kalcitriol (1,25-dihidroksivitamin D),<\/strong> koji djeluje kao steroidni hormon i reguli\u0161e&nbsp;hiljade gena koji su va\u017eni za imunolo\u0161ki sistem, metabolizam kostiju i zdravlje crijeva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" sistema, jer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aktivira odbrambene&nbsp;\u0107elije i pove\u0107ava stvaranje antimikrobnih peptida, \u0161to omogu\u0107uje br\u017ee prepoznavanje i uni\u0161tavanje bakterija i virusa \u2013 prije nego \u0161to se infekcija pro\u0161iri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reguli\u0161e upalne procese i smanjuje rizik od prekomjernih reakcija (autoimune bolesti);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utje\u010de na rad T i B limfocita te stvaranje protutijela;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>u crijevima djeluje na <strong>propusnost crijevn<\/strong><strong>og zida<\/strong> i odr\u017eava njegovu za\u0161titnu funkciju;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ima protuupalno djelovanje u crijevima;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>podr\u017eava ravnote\u017eu <strong>crijevne unijeti u dovoljnoj koli\u010dini u svoj organizam hranom?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin D nalazimo u masnijim namirnicama poput: masne ribe, jetre, \u017eumanjka, putera i u nekim namirnicama oboga\u0107enima vitaminom D \u2013 <strong>ali ne u koli\u010dinama koje su dovoljne za pokrivanje dnevnih potreba na\u0161eg tijela.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunce je glavni prirodni izvor vitamina D, ali istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da <strong>dvije tre\u0107ine Slovenaca ima preniske vrijednosti vitamina D<\/strong>, posebno u jesensko-zimskom razdoblju, kada UVB zrake nisu dovoljno jake da bi podstaknule njegovu sintezu u ko\u017ei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To zna\u010di da na sunce i ishranu ne mo\u017eemo u potpunosti da se oslonimo \u2013 zato je za ve\u0107inu ljudi, posebno zimi, <strong>dodavanje vitamina D korisna podr\u0161ka za optimalno djelovanje imunolo\u0161kog sistema i zdravlje crijeva.<\/strong> Dodatan unos je posebno va\u017ean za djecu, starije osobe, trudnice, osobe s prekomjernom tjelesnom te\u017einom i sve one koji rijetko borave na suncu.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas dobro znamo kako
