Zbog visokog sadr\u017eaja vitamina i minerala kiseli kupus izvrsna je namirnica za ja\u010danje imunosnog sustava, ali i za probavu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiseli kupus je i prirodni probiotik pa tako \u010duva na\u0161u crijevnu mikrobiotu, a time i cijeli organizam. Kuhajte otprilike 10 \u2013 15 minuta. Nakon zavr\u0161etka kuhanja dodajte kiseli kupus. Ako \u017eelite gu\u0161\u0107u juhu, prije dodavanja kiselog kupusa grah malo zdrobite. Poslu\u017eite toplo. Ocijedite ga i stavite u zdjelu. Mrkvu i jabuku (ako ste odlu\u010dili ku\u0161ati tu kombinaciju) naribajte i dodajte kupusu. Prelijte jogurtom i dobro promije\u0161ajte.
