{"id":59722,"date":"2022-06-09T14:11:43","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T12:11:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/?p=59722"},"modified":"2022-06-09T14:11:44","modified_gmt":"2022-06-09T12:11:44","slug":"utjecaj-mikrobiote-na-opce-zdravstveno-stanje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/bs\/utjecaj-mikrobiote-na-opce-zdravstveno-stanje\/","title":{"rendered":"Utjecaj mikrobiote na op\u0107e zdravstveno stanje"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja provedena posljednjih nekoliko godina dokazala su koliko je va\u017ena mikrobna zajednica za zdravstveno stanje \u010dovjeka.[1,2,3,4] Na kvalitativni i kvantitativni sastav crijevne mikrobiote utje\u010de puno \u010dimbenika, me\u0111u ostalim prehrambene navike i na\u010din \u017eivota. Smetnje u radu crijevne mikroflore slabe reakciju imunosnog sustava, omogu\u0107uju razvoj metaboli\u010dkih poreme\u0107aja i uzrokuju alergijske reakcije.[3,4] Suvremenim dijagnosti\u010dkim metodama mo\u017ee se u potpunosti otkriti rad gena brojnih predstavnika crijevne mikroflore. Istra\u017eivanjima poku\u0161avamo otkriti povezanost izme\u0111u smetnji u radu u slu\u010daju promjena mikrobiote i razli\u010ditih humanih bolesti. Profil crijevne zajednice kod svake je osobe druga\u010diji, ali je u 75 % \u010dine bakterije Verrucomicrobia, Firmicutes, Bacteroides, Fusibacteria, Proteobacteria i Actinobacteria,[5] a definira je genom konkretnog \u010dovjeka.[6] Ljudsko zdravlje i op\u0107u homeostazu omogu\u0107uju neki najva\u017eniji predstavnici grampozitivne anaerobne mikroflore \u2013 laktobacili i bifidobakterije. Ako ih ima dovoljno, u\u010dinkovito sprje\u010davaju naseljavanje strane mikroflore u crijeva.[7] Crijevni mikrobiom utje\u010de i na rad osi mikrobiota \u2013 crijeva \u2013 mozak, i tako da poti\u010de rad nespecifi\u010dne imunosti te endokrinog, \u017eiv\u010danog i imunosnog sustava.[8]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Slika 1 Rad normalne crijevne mikroflore[11]<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"792\" height=\"633\" src=\"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/HR-Medical.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59204\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/HR-Medical.png 792w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/HR-Medical-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/HR-Medical-125x100.png 125w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/HR-Medical-750x599.png 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 792px) 100vw, 792px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u0160tevilne endokrine in psihovegetativne motnje so med drugim povezane s pomanjkanjem in motnjo absorpcije magnezija v organizmu.[9] V Mnogobrojne endokrine i psihovegetativne smetnje povezane su, me\u0111u ostalim, s nedostatkom i smetnjama u apsorpciji magnezija u organizmu.[9] U istra\u017eivanju, koje smo proveli od 2013. do 2016. godine, tijekom promatranja instrumentima te laboratorijskim i klini\u010dkim pra\u0107enjem djece i tinejd\u017eera (134 osoba od 10 do 18 godina) utvrdili smo da je nedostatak magnezija povezan s funkcionalnim zatvorom.[10] Smetnje energetskih, neurokemijskih i metaboli\u010dkih procesa u stanicama sredi\u0161njeg i vegetativnog \u017eiv\u010danog sustava uzrokuju smetnje u psihi, emocijama i procesima prilago\u0111avanja, a zatim uzrokuju i funkcionalne smetnje u obliku zatvora.
