Ostavite da se ohladi. U me\u0111uvremenu u velikoj tavi na umjerenoj vatri zagrijte ulje. Dodajte papriku, tikvice i \u010de\u0161njak. Pr\u017eite oko 5 minuta i nekoliko puta pomije\u0161ajte da paprika omek\u0161a. U velikoj zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte metvicu, sok od limuna i malo ulja.
