U vru\u0107u zobenu ka\u0161u dodati mljevene lje\u0161njake, nasjeckane banane i preliti ka\u0161ikom meda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: 100g kupina i 100g malina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ru\u010dak<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjestenina s paradajzom i bosiljkom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><br>\u2022 250 g \u0161eri paradajza<br>\u2022 150 g tjestenine bez jaja<br>\u2022 2 \u010desna bijelog luka<br>\u2022 \u0161aka svje\u017eeg bosiljka<br>\u2022 2 prstohvata soli<br>\u2022 biber prema \u017eelji<br>\u2022 2 supene ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema: <\/strong><br>Na maslinovom ulju kratko pirjati sitno sjeckani bijeli luk. \u0160eri paradajze izmiksati i dodati u tavu, posoliti i pobiberiti te kuhati na laganoj vatri dok se umak ne reducira za tre\u0107inu. Na kraju dodati \u0161aku svje\u017eeg bosiljka. Preliti umak preko tjestenine skuhane \u201eal dente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poslijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: Kukuruzni krekeri s humusom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci<\/strong>:<br>\u2022 3 kukuruzna krekera<br>\u2022 3 supene ka\u0161ike namaza humusa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010dera<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grilovani tofu s pe\u010denom paprikom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><br>\u2022 2 zelene paprike<br>\u2022 200 g tofua<br>\u2022 3 supene ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja<br>\u2022 1 prstohvat bibera<br>\u2022 1 prstohvat su\u0161enog ruzmarina<br>\u2022 1 prstohvat \u010dili paprike<br>\u2022 1 prstohvat morske soli<br>\u2022 \u00bd\u20121 supena ka\u0161ika jabu\u010dnog sir\u0107eta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong> <br>Tofu narezati na 3-4 \u0161nite i staviti u marinadu od maslinovog ulja i za\u010dina, ostaviti sat vremena da se marinira (mo\u017ee i u toku dana). U me\u0111uvremenu cijele paprike ispe\u0107i u rerni ili na plamenu \u0161tednjaka. Nakon pe\u010denja prebaciti ih u posudu i kratko poklopiti. Kad se ohlade, oguliti ih i izvaditi peteljku i ko\u0161pice, za\u010diniti bijelim lukom, maslinovim uljem te soli i sir\u0107etom prema \u017eelji. Marinirani tofu kratko prepe\u0107i na gril-tavi i poslu\u017eiti sa salatom od pe\u010dene paprike.
