U lonac staviti ulje od repice da se zagrije pa na njemu kratko propirjati usitnjeni luk i bijeli luk. Nakon \u0161to omek\u0161aju, dodati tikvu i krompir sa za\u010dinima. Sve zajedno mije\u0161ati dok ne izgubi sirovost te preliti uzavrelom vodom ili povrtnim temeljcem. Kuhati do 20 minuta, odnosno dok povr\u0107e ne omek\u0161a. Prije kraja dodati sok od \u00bc limuna te sve sastojke smiksati u krem supu. Na poslu\u017eenu supu dodati zobeno vrhnje te ukrasiti sjemenkama, uljem od tikve i drugim dodacima prema \u017eelji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poslijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: Puding od \u010dija sjemenki s mangom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><br>\u2022 200 ml kokosovog mlijeka<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica kokosovog maslaca<br>\u2022 2 supene ka\u0161ike \u010dija sjemenki<br>\u2022 \u00bd manga<br>\u2022 \u00bc mahune vanilije<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong> <br>Mango narezati i zgnje\u010diti vilju\u0161kom te kratko propirjati na malo kokosovog maslaca sa sjemenkama vanilije. U kokosovo mlijeko dodati zgnje\u010deni mango i \u010dija sjemenke, sve dobro pomije\u0161ati i pustiti barem 30 minuta da nabubri. Ukrasiti kockicama manga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010dera<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veganska focaccia i zelena salata<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci (za dvije osobe):<\/strong><br>\u2022 200 g bra\u0161na od spelte<br>\u2022 100 ml tople vode<br>\u2022 50 g \u0161eri paradajza<br>\u2022 1 supena ka\u0161ika zelenih maslina<br>\u2022 1 supena ka\u0161ika kopra<br>\u2022 3 supene ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja<br>\u2022 prstohvat su\u0161enog origana<br>\u2022 2 prstohvata su\u0161enog ruzmarina<br>\u2022 30 g rikole<br>\u2022 40 g matovilca<br>\u2022 1 supena ka\u0161ika aceta balsamica<br>\u2022 prstohvat morske soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong> <br>Zamijesiti bra\u0161no od spelte, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, so i vodu. Razvu\u0107i u poga\u010du te premazati maslinovim uljem, dodati sve ostale sastojke i za\u010dine te pe\u0107i 20-ak minuta na 180 stepeni.
