U tavu dodati tofu i zagrijavati dok ne omek\u0161a. Kuha\u010dom usitniti tofu te dodati biljno mlijeko pomije\u0161ano sa za\u010dinima. Sve se kratko kuha dok se umak ne reducira uz stalno mije\u0161anje. Kajganu od tofua poslu\u017eiti uz kisele krastavce i kukuruzni hljeb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: pet komada suhih marelica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ru\u010dak<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gusta supa od crvene le\u0107e i \u0111umbira<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>60 g crvene le\u0107e<\/li><li>40 g prase<\/li><li>50 g pasiranog paradajza<\/li><li>200 ml vode ili povrtnog temeljca<\/li><li>1 supena ka\u0161ika suncokretovog ulja<\/li><li>1 \u010desno bijelog luka<\/li><li>1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<\/li><li>1 supena ka\u0161ika rendanog \u0111umbira<\/li><li>prstohvat bibera<\/li><li>prstohvat svje\u017eeg per\u0161una<\/li><li>1 supena ka\u0161ika suncokretovih sjemenki<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema: <\/strong><br>Na zagrijanoj tavi pirjati prasu i bijeli luk te dodati pasirani paradajz. Usuti crvenu le\u0107u i za\u010dine te sve preliti vodom ili temeljcem te ostaviti da se kuha 20-ak minuta, uz povremeno mije\u0161anje. Smiksati do kremaste teksture \u0161tapnim mikserom i dodati svje\u017eeg per\u0161una i rendani \u0111umbir.
