U kuhanu kvinoju umije\u0161ati narezane marelice i bananu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: \u0160tapi\u0107i od mrkve, celera i kelerabe s humusom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><br>\u2022 1 manja mrkva<br>\u2022 \u00bd stapke celera<br>\u2022 \u00bd male kelerabe<br>\u2022 60 g humusa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ru\u010dak<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krem supa od gljiva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><br>\u2022 1 supena ka\u0161ika maslinovog ulja<br>\u2022 1 manji luk<br>\u2022 1 \u010desno bijelog luka<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica su\u0161enog origana<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica su\u0161enog bosiljka<br>\u2022 200 g \u0161ampinjona<br>\u2022 200 g bukova\u010da<br>\u2022 1 supena ka\u0161ika sojinog umaka<br>\u2022 200 ml kokosovog mlijeka<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica morske soli<br>\u2022 prstohvat bibera<br>\u2022 prstohvat mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a<br>\u2022 \u0161aka svje\u017eeg per\u0161una<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema: <\/strong><br>Dodati maslinovo ulje u lonac s lukom i bijelim lukom, su\u0161enim origanom i bosiljkom te pirjati dok ne omek\u0161a. Zatim dodati narezane gljive i umak od soje te poklopiti lonac. Kuhati poklopljeno na srednje jakoj temperaturi oko 10 minuta, zatim otklopiti i nastaviti jo\u0161 10 minuta. Dodati kokosovo mlijeko i kuhati jo\u0161 10 minuta uz dodatak soli, mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a i bibera. Ukrasiti svje\u017eim per\u0161unom i poslu\u017eiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poslijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: Kokice s morskom soli i maslinovim uljem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010dera<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Slani mafin s tikvicama<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci (za 12 mafina):<\/strong><br>\u2022 2 manje tikvice<br>\u2022 200 g bra\u0161na od slanutka<br>\u2022 50 ml maslinovog ulja<br>\u2022 1 vre\u0107ica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica tamjana<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica ruzmarina<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne ka\u0161i\u010dice bijelog luka u prahu<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica morske soli<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne ka\u0161i\u010dice crnog bibera<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne ka\u0161i\u010dice mljevene kurkume<br>\u2022 2 \u0161oljice zobenog mlijeka<br>\u2022 70 g su\u0161enog paradajza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong> <br>Zagrijati rernu na 180 \u0366C i premazati kalupe za mafine. Narendati tikvice na velike rupe na erendetu i dobro ocijediti. Pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no od slanutka, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i za\u010dine. U sredi\u0161tu posude oblikovati rupu i uliti biljno mlijeko te polako mije\u0161ati tijesto. Presovane tikvice i su\u0161eni paradajz dodati u tijesto te pomije\u0161ati. Tijesto ravnomjerno podijeliti po kalupu za mafine i pe\u0107i 30 minuta, dok vrhovi mafina ne postanu zlatnosme\u0111i. Izvaditi mafine iz rerne i staviti na re\u0161etku da se ohlade.
