Dodati luk i pirjati na umjerenoj vatri dok ne postane \u201estaklen\u201d. Dodati bijeli luk i nastaviti pirjati dok se luk blago ne karamelizira. Tre\u0107inu luka odvojiti, a ostatak smiksati s grahom, limunovim sokom i za\u010dinima u glatki umak. Dodati malo vode ako je umak potrebno razrijediti. Ukrasiti uljem i karameliziranim lukom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ru\u010dak<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veganske lazanje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><br>Za crveni umak (dvije porcije):<br>\u2022 150 g gljiva<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica sojinog umaka<br>\u2022 1 limenka sjeckanog paradajza<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne ka\u0161i\u010dice morske soli<br>\u2022 \u0161areni mljeveni biber prema \u017eelji<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za bijeli umak:<br><\/strong>\u2022 2 supene ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja<br>\u2022 1 supena ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br>\u2022 1 \u0161oljica sojinog mlijeka<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica senfa<br>\u2022 prstohvat mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a i bibera<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne ka\u0161i\u010dice soli<br>\u2022 6 listova za lazanje sa \u0161pinatom (bez jaja)<br>\u2022 1 paradajz narezan na kri\u0161ke<br>\u2022 4 kri\u0161ke veganskog sira<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong> <br>Narezati gljive, dodati u lonac na ulje, pirjati i doliti sojin umak. Poklopiti i ostaviti na umjerenoj vatri dok gljive ne puste vodu, zatim otklopiti kako bi voda iskuhala. Dodati konzervirani paradajz i za\u010dine te pustiti da prokuha. Zatim smanjiti toplinu (vatru) i kuhati na laganoj vatri jo\u0161 10-ak minuta. U me\u0111uvremenu pripremiti bijeli umak. Dodati ulje u lonac i zagrijati te dodati bra\u0161no uz neprestano mije\u0161anje. Uliti sojino mlijeko i nastaviti mije\u0161ati dok se umak ne zgusne. Maknuti s vatre i dodati za\u010dine i senf. Slo\u017eiti lazanje u manju pravougaonu posudu uz izmjenu umaka (bijeli umak, zelene lazanje, umak od paradajza itd. na gornji sloj, na bijeli umak, poslo\u017eiti veganski sir i kri\u0161ke paradajza). Pe\u0107i 30 minuta na 220 stepeni. Posuti su\u0161enim origanom ili bosiljkom i staviti da se ohladi najmanje 10 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poslijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: nar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
