Mo\u017eete ih sami nabrati ili kupiti. Pri kupnji pazite da budu \u0161to svje\u017eije. Najbolje ih je potro\u0161iti odmah nakon kupnje. \u0160paroge su se kao lijek upotrebljavale mnogo prije nego \u0161to su postale cijenjene i u gastronomiji. Poti\u010du izlu\u010divanje mokra\u0107e i stolice. Iznimno su bogate mineralima, razli\u010ditim vitaminima skupine B (folati, B1, B2, pantotenska kiselina) te vlaknima potrebnim za dobru probavu i u\u010dinkovitu detoksikaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ru\u010dak: SALATA OD \u0160PAROGA, ROTKVICA I MLADOG KRUMPIRA S PE\u010cENOM SVINJSKOM POTRBU\u0160INOM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za jednu osobu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 cm svje\u017ee kore ekolo\u0161kog limuna<\/li><li>3 gran\u010dice svje\u017ee metvice<\/li><li>120 g mladog krumpira<\/li><li>120 g zelenih ili divljih \u0161paroga<\/li><li>sol<\/li><li>papar<\/li><li>maslinovo ulje<\/li><li>1 \u017eli\u010dica senfa<\/li><li>1 \u017elica soka od limuna<\/li><li>1 \u017elica nasjeckanog vlasca<\/li><li>malo suhog ili svje\u017eeg estragona (mo\u017ee i bez njega, ali nije tako ukusno)<\/li><li>40 g mladih crvenih <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/hr\/recept\/hrskava-salata-od-rotkvica-mladog-luka-i-hrena\/\">rotkvica<\/a><\/li><li>1 mladi luk<\/li><li>2 \u017elice popr\u017eenih grubo nasjeckanih badema<\/li><li>nekoliko listova meke salate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mladi krumpir o\u010distite i i zajedno s ljuskom stavite kuhati u hladnu slanu vodu s 1 gran\u010dicom metvice i korom svje\u017eeg limuna. Nakon \u0161to zakipi, kuhajte jo\u0161 12 \u2013 15 minuta, odnosno dok krumpir ne omek\u0161a. U me\u0111uvremenu pripremite \u0161paroge. O\u010distite ih, odre\u017eite odrvenjele dijelove, namastite uljem, posolite krupnom solju i, ovisno o debljini, pecite u pe\u0107nici na 200 stupnjeva Celzijevih 10 \u2013 15 minuta. Ako su tanke, bit \u0107e dovoljno 6 \u2013 8 minuta. Iz ocije\u0111enog kuhanog krumpira uklonite metvicu, a koru limuna mo\u017eete i ostaviti. Dodajte rotkvice narezane na koluti\u0107e i estragon. Za preljev pomije\u0161ajte senf, sok od limuna, nasjeckanu metvicu i vlasac te sol i papar. Prelijte preko toplog krumpira i dodajte \u0161paroge. Ponovo pa\u017eljivo promije\u0161ajte. Pri\u010dekajte da se krumpir ohladi. Donji, odrvenjeli dio odre\u017eite ili odlomite. Oko svake \u0161paroge omotajte jednu ili dvije kri\u0161ke slanine tako da \u0161paroga bude potpuno prekrivena. Pecite ih 7 minuta u tavi na zagrijanom maslinovu ulju na umjerenoj vatri uz nekoliko okretanja kako bi se ravnomjerno zapekle sa svih strana.<br>Za pivski sir u posudi pomije\u0161ajte skutu i kiselo vrhnje zajedno s uljem i teku\u0107inom od kiselih krastavaca.
