Ako je pire pregust, dolijte malo vode. U loncu zagrijte ulje, propirjajte luk, dodajte sitno nasjeckanu mrkvu i celer. Kuhajte 5 minuta dok povr\u0107e ne omek\u0161a, ali ne po\u017euti. \u010cesto mije\u0161ajte.<br>Dodajte zgnje\u010deni \u010de\u0161njak, nasjeckanu raj\u010dicu i timijan. Kuhajte jo\u0161 8 minuta.<br>Dolijte kipu\u0107u vodu, pire od graha i 20 g graha u zrnu. Posolite i popaprite te kuhajte jo\u0161 15 minuta. U varivo stavite kuhanu kranjsku kobasicu narezanu na kolute, a ako ste vegetarijanac, dimljeni tofu. Vrhom vrlo o\u0161trog no\u017ea gornju stranu lignji zare\u017eite u unakrsnom uzorku. Nama\u017eite ih uljem. Pomije\u0161ajte sol, \u010dili (mo\u017ee i bez njega) i mljeveni crni papar. Tik prije pe\u010denja pospite mje\u0161avinu s obje strane lignji po ukusu. Mo\u017eda ne\u0107ete potro\u0161iti svu mje\u0161avinu. Jako zagrijte rebrastu tavu ili ro\u0161tilj i popecite ih s obje strane (oko minutu sa svake strane). Zagrijte grah i istresite ga u zdjelu, dodajte rokulu i koroma\u010d. Prelijte sokom od limuna i maslinovim uljem. Posolite i popaprite.
