Riba bi op\u0107enito trebala biti dio sva\u010dije prehrane. Prednost je osli\u0107a u vrlo jednostavnoj pripremi, ali i dostupnosti. Zamrznuti osli\u0107 jednako je vrijedan kao i svje\u017ei. Bogat je izvor lako probavljivih bjelan\u010devina, ali i omega-3 polinezasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina, koje su borci za zdrav mozak.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas \u0107e vam trebati 350 g osli\u0107a za jednu osobu koje \u0107ete iskoristiti za ru\u010dak i ve\u010deru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ru\u010dak: FILET OSLI\u0106A U FOLIJI S BLITVOM I KRUMPIROM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za jednu osobu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>350 g zamrznutog fileta osli\u0107a<\/li><li>100 g krumpira<\/li><li>1 mala glavica luka<\/li><li>1 mala mrkva<\/li><li>1 \u010de\u0161anj \u010de\u0161njaka<\/li><li>maslinovo ulje, sol, papar, limunov sok<\/li><li>200 g blitve.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odmrznite osli\u0107. Stavite ga na aluminijsku foliju, posolite, poparite i po\u0161kropite maslinovim uljem. Preko fileta stavite povr\u0107e (luk, mrkvu, papriku) narezano na trakice. \u010ce\u0161njak o\u010distite i zgnje\u010dite pa dodajte i njega. Zatvorite foliju i pecite u pe\u0107nici otprilike 20 minuta na 200 \u00b0C. Dok se osli\u0107 pe\u010de, nare\u017eite krumpir na plo\u0161ke i skuhajte ga u posoljenoj vodi. Pred kraj kuhanja dodajte blitvu i kuhajte je svega 5 minuta. Procijedite i za\u010dinite maslinovim uljem. Pomije\u0161ajte kiselo vrhnje, majonezu, maslinovo ulje, limunov sok, sol, papar i \u010de\u0161njak po \u017eelji. Dodajte sitno sjeckani per\u0161inov list. Mo\u017eete sve zajedno dobro izmije\u0161ati vilicom ili sastojke povezati u blenderu. Tost prepecite i nama\u017eite pa\u0161tetom. Ako ne \u017eelite dodati kiselo vrhnje i majonezu, ne morate.
