U ve\u0107oj posudi pjenasto izmije\u0161ajte maslac sa \u0161e\u0107erom, dodajte jedno po jedno jaje i \u017eumanjke, zatim prstovet soli, ruma, naribanu koricu naran\u010de i limuna. Dobro izmije\u0161ajte pa dodajte bra\u0161no i dignuti kvasac. Prelijte sve mlakim mlijekom. Kuha\u010dom tucite tijesto dok ne postane glatko i dok se ne po\u010dne odvajati od posude. Prebacite na dasku i mijesite najmanje pola sata uz dodatak sjeckanih ora\u0161astih plodova i suhoga vo\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostavite tijesto na toplom da se di\u017ee dva do tri sata (koliko mu treba da udvostru\u010di volumen). Zatim ga ponovno premijesite, podijelite na \u010detiri jednaka dijela, oblikujte okrugle kruhove te ih slo\u017eite ih na dobro nama\u0161\u0107en lim, pokrijte \u010distom krpom i ostavite jo\u0161 dva sata da se di\u017eu. Kad se tijesto digne, u sredinu kru\u0161\u010di\u0107a zabodite o\u0161tar no\u017e i razre\u017eite prema van. Tako prere\u017eite tri puta od sredine da kru\u0161\u010di\u0107 bude razdijeljen na tri dijela i prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim jajetom da dobije lijepu zlatnosme\u0111u boju. Pince pecite u zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 180 \u00b0C oko 40 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pismo autora:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bli\u017ei nam se najve\u0107i kr\u0161\u0107anski blagdan, a s njim i tradicija uskrsnog doru\u010dka. Uskrsni doru\u010dak ve\u0107ini je vjerojatno najdra\u017ei doru\u010dak u godini. Uskrsni stol prepun je mladog luka, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/hr\/recept\/hrskava-salata-od-rotkvica-mladog-luka-i-hrena\/\">rotkvica<\/a>, hrena, a kad dodamo jo\u0161 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/hr\/recept\/dan-8-svjezi-sir-i-spinat-na-dva-ukusna-nacina\/\">svje\u017ei sir<\/a>, \u0161unku, kuhana jaja i fini komad mesa koji se \u010duva za tu prigodu \u2013 gastronomsko zadovoljstvo ne mo\u017ee izostati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda ne\u0107emo svi mo\u0107i u\u017eivati u uskrsnom doru\u010dku u krugu \u0161ire obitelji jer ipak i na taj dan moramo po\u0161tovati propisane mjere.
