Sweet Potatoes with Topping

cooked chickpeas

Sauce

1 tsp

olive oil

2 tsps

tahini

dill

2 cloves of

garlic (chopped)

1 tsp

almond milk

1/2 tsp

sea salt

Procedure

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes in half and marinate in a mixture of olive oil, spices, salt and lemon juice. Bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
  2. While the potatoes are baking, mix together the sauce ingredients.
  3. Spread the diced tomatoes and chickpeas on top of the baked and slightly cooled sweet potatoes and pour over the sauce.
