Napravite umak od 3 \u017elice maslinovog ulja, 2 \u017eli\u010dice limunovog soka, malo \u010de\u0161njaka, morske soli i papra, 1 \u017elica senfa, malo kapara i nasjeckano za\u010dinsko bilje (per\u0161in ili bosiljak..)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti i hladno<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napomena za prokulice: dovoljno je 5 (maksimalno 6-7) minuta kuhanja na pari jer tako ne budu ka\u0161aste i imaju manje intenzivan miris. Obi\u010dno se misli da je prokulice potrebno dugo kuhati, ali upravo dugim kuhanjem one postanu ka\u0161aste i otpu\u0161taju jaki miris (potje\u010de od sumpornih spojeva) koji negativno utje\u010de i na okus.
