Zagrijati vatrostalnu tavu te dodati ulje, \u010de\u0161njak i ljutiku. Pirjati i mije\u0161ati nekoliko minuta dok ne omek\u0161aju te maknuti s vatre. Dodati ohla\u0111eni grah u sjeckalicu zajedno s prodinstanim \u010de\u0161njakom, ljutikom, za\u010dinima i sjeckajte na najmanjoj brzini. Zatim dodati kuhanu i ohla\u0111enu kvinoju, veganski parmezan, pastu od raj\u010dice, svje\u017ei bosiljak i per\u0161in te nastaviti miksati dok smjesa ne dobije ljepljivu teksturu koju je lako oblikovati u kuglice. Smjesu oblikovati u manje kuglice.<br>Zagrijati tavu s malo ulja i dodajte okruglice. Pirjati nekoliko minuta, lagano okretati okruglice da dobiju koricu sa svih strana. Posudu prebaciti u pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i 20 minuta na 180 stupnjeva.
