Mahune i ostatak povr\u0107a propirjati kratko na ulju, za\u010diniti i pustiti da se ohladi. Ri\u017ein papir blago namo\u010diti mlakom vodom da omek\u0161a. Povr\u0107e slagati na ri\u017ein papir i formirati u rolice. Sve skupa pr\u017eiti otprilike 5 minuta na srednjoj ja\u010dini. Proljetne rolice poslu\u017eiti uz slatko-kiseli sojin umak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poslijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: Pita od \u0161ljiva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci <\/strong>(za 8-10 \u0161nita):<br>\u2022 2 \u010da\u0161e o\u0161trog ili bezglutenskog bra\u0161na<br>\u2022 2 ju\u0161ne \u017elice sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dice soli<br>\u2022 3-4 ju\u0161ne \u017elice kokosova maslaca<br>\u2022 8 ju\u0161nih \u017elica hladne vode (dodati prema potrebi)<br>\u2022 4-5 zrelih \u0161ljiva<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dica cimeta<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dice mljevenoga kardamoma<br>\u2022 \u00bd cije\u0111enog limuna<br>\u2022 1 ju\u0161na \u017elica agavina sirupa<br>\u2022 \u00bc mahune vanilije<br>\u2022 1 ju\u0161na \u017elica bademova bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong> <br>Pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er i sol, dodati rashla\u0111eni kokosov maslac te ga prstima umije\u0161ajte u bra\u0161no dok se sve ne pove\u017ee. Dodati postupno hladnu vodu i mijesiti. Kad je tijesto dovoljno vla\u017eno da ga se mo\u017ee oblikovati, formirati dvije \u201e\u0161truce\u201d i staviti na hla\u0111enje 10-ak minuta. \u0160ljive u me\u0111uvremenu narezati na kri\u0161ke te dodati za\u010dine, limunov sok i bademovo bra\u0161no. Kalup za pe\u010denje pita premazati kokosovim maslacem i posuti s malo bra\u0161na. Razvaljati polovicu rashla\u0111enog tijesta te ga prebaciti u kalup, paze\u0107i da rubovi tijesta \u201evise\u201d 1-2 cm. Za\u010dinjene \u0161ljive ravnomjerno poslo\u017eiti po tijestu. Ostatak tijesta razvaljati te, prema \u017eelji, narezati na trakice pa njima prekriti punjenje i premazati s malo rastopljenog kokosova maslaca. Pe\u0107i na 180 stupnjeva oko 35 minuta. Za u\u017einu se mogu pojesti kri\u0161ka-dvije aromati\u010dne pite uz \u010daj od mente. Ostatak rasporediti za naredne u\u017eine i zalediti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010dera<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grillana palenta sa za\u010dinima<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci<\/strong>:<br>\u2022 60 g palente<br>\u2022 250 ml vode<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dice soli<br>\u2022 2 ju\u0161ne \u017elice maslinova ulja<br>\u2022 prstohvati su\u0161enog ru\u017emarina, origana i timijana<br>\u2022 papar prema \u017eelji<br>\u2022 1 velika raj\u010dica<br>\u2022 \u0161aka svje\u017eeg bosiljka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema<\/strong>: <br>Skuhati palentu sa za\u010dinima u vodi, prije kraja kuhanja dodati maslinovo ulje i promije\u0161ati. Izliti na zama\u0161\u0107en pleh i ostaviti da se ohladi te narezati na kocke. Kocke palente prepe\u0107i na grill-tavi. Poslu\u017eiti s kri\u0161kama raj\u010dice i svje\u017eim bosiljkom. Prema \u017eelji, kombinirati s preostalim umakom baba ganoush \u201eod ju\u010der\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n
