Kad pozlati, dodati \u010de\u0161njak te vrlo kratko i njega popr\u017eiti. Doliti vodu te kuhati krumpir i tikvicu prethodno nasjeckane na kockice. Kad se povr\u0107e skuha, dodati vrhnje od soje, sol i papar te smiksati \u0161tapnim mikserom u krem-juhu. Dodati malo limunova soka i prstohvat vlasca.
