Na jednu \u010detvrtinu namazati maslac od kikirikija, na jednu staviti kolutove banane i na tre\u0107u \u010detvrtinu namazati \u010dokoladni namaz. \u010cetvrtinu koja nije namazana preklopiti preko one namazane kikiriki maslacem i dalje preklapati redom. Dodati grah namo\u0107en dan ranije, krumpir narezan na kockice, za\u010dine i vodu ili temeljac. Kuhati na laganoj vatri oko 40 minuta, a zatim ispasirati nekoliko ju\u0161nih \u017elica krumpira i graha te ih vratiti u lonac. U me\u0111uvremenu ugrijati malo ulja te dodati narezanu kiselu repu i kratko pirjati te je potom dodati u lonac s grahom i nastaviti kuhati dok sve ne omek\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poslijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: Sladoled od indijskih ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<br><\/strong>\u2022 200 ml sojinog vrhnja<br>\u2022 1 ju\u0161na \u017elica paste od indijskih ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a i lje\u0161njaka<br>\u2022 prstohvat soli<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dica sme\u0111eg muscovado \u0161e\u0107era ili agavina sirupa<br>\u2022 kalup za sladoled<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong> <br>sastojke izmiksati u blenderu i staviti u kalup za sladoled te ostaviti u ledenici na nekoliko sati. Idealno bi bilo povremeno smjesu pomije\u0161ati ili staviti smjesu u aparat za izradu sladoleda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010dera<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kruh s
