Dodati luk i pirjati na umjerenoj vatri dok ne postane \u201estaklen\u201d. Dodajte \u010de\u0161njak i nastavite pirjati dok se luk blago ne karamelizira. Tre\u0107inu luka odvojite, a ostatak smiksajte s grahom, limunovim sokom i za\u010dinima u glatki umak. Dodajte malo vode ako je umak potrebno razrijediti. Ukrasite uljem i karameliziranim lukom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ru\u010dak<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veganske lazanje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za crveni umak<\/strong> (dvije porcije):<br>\u2022 150 g gljiva<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dica sojina umaka<br>\u2022 1 limenka sjeckane raj\u010dice<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dice morske soli<br>\u2022 \u0161areni mljeveni papar prema \u017eelji<br><strong>Za bijeli umak<\/strong>:<br>\u2022 2 ju\u0161ne \u017elice maslinova ulja<br>\u2022 1 ju\u0161na \u017elica bra\u0161na<br>\u2022 1 \u0161alica sojina mlijeka<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dica senfa<br>\u2022 Prstohvat mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a i papra<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dice soli<br>\u2022 6 listova za lazanje sa \u0161pinatom (bez jaja)<br>\u2022 1 raj\u010dica narezana na kri\u0161ke<br>\u2022 4 kri\u0161ke veganskog sira<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema: <\/strong><br>Narezati gljive, dodati u lonac na ulje, pirjati i doliti sojin umak. Poklopiti i ostaviti na umjerenoj vatri dok gljive ne puste vodu, zatim otklopiti kako bi voda iskuhala. Dodati konzervirane raj\u010dice i za\u010dine te pustiti da prokuha. Zatim smanjiti toplinu (vatru) i kuhati na laganoj vatri jo\u0161 10-ak minuta. U me\u0111uvremenu pripremiti bijeli umak. Dodati ulje u lonac i zagrijati te dodati bra\u0161no uz neprestano mije\u0161anje. Uliti sojino mlijeko i nastaviti mije\u0161ati dok se umak ne zgusne. Maknuti s vatre i dodati za\u010dine i senf. Slo\u017eiti lazanje u manju pravokutnu posudu uz izmjenu umaka (bijeli umak, zelene lazanje, umak od raj\u010dice itd. na najgornji sloj, na bijeli umak, poslo\u017eiti veganski sir i kri\u0161ke raj\u010dice). Pe\u0107i 30 minuta na 220 stupnjeva. Posuti su\u0161enim origanom ili bosiljkom i staviti da se ohladi najmanje 10 minuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poslijepodnevna u\u017eina<\/strong>: 2 breskve<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
