Priprema se brzo i vrlo jednostavno, a probavni sustav zaista je voli. Bogata je vlaknima i niskokalori\u010dna je. Krastavac sitno nare\u017eite i pomije\u0161ajte sa sirnim namazom. Na svaku kockicu palente nama\u017eite malo pripremljene smjese i pospite za\u010dinskim biljem po \u017eelji.
