Izvrstan je izvor prehrambenih vlakana koja blagotvorno djeluju na probavni sustav. U istu tavu dodajte poriluk i mrkvu, kratko pirjajte te dodajte isprani je\u010dam. Podlijte vodom ili pile\u0107im temeljcem i za\u010dinite po \u017eelji. Pred kraj kuhanja dodajte zamrznuti gra\u0161ak i pe\u010dene komadi\u0107e puretine. Kuhani je\u010dam pomije\u0161ajte s crvenim grahom, lukom i kiselim krastavcima.
