Puretina je iznimno vrijedna i lako probavljiva namirnica. Sadr\u017eava malo masti i mnogo visokovrijednih bjelan\u010devina pa je svakako po\u017eeljna u sva\u010dijoj prehrani.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nji ru\u010dak i ve\u010deru trebat \u0107e vam 200 g mljevene puretine za jednu osobu. Prilikom pripreme ru\u010dka pirjajte ukupnu dnevnu koli\u010dinu puretine s povr\u0107em pa dio (100 g) odvojite za ve\u010deru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ru\u010dak: PUNJENE TIKVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tikvice 3 komada<\/li><li>Mljevena puretina 100 g<\/li><li>Luk 30 g<\/li><li>\u010ce\u0161njak 1 re\u017eanj<\/li><li>Mrkva 60 g<\/li><li>Mozzarella 50 g<\/li><li>Maslinovo ulje 1 \u017elica<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izdubite tikvice i ostatak mesa iz tikvica nare\u017eite na sitne kockice. Luk, mrkvu i \u010de\u0161njak usitnite te zajedno s kockicama tikvica pirjajte na maslinovu ulju. Kad povr\u0107e omek\u0161a, dodajte mljevenu puretinu, sol, papar, crvenu papriku i sjeckani svje\u017ei per\u0161in. Kad se meso propirja, punite tikvice koje ste blago posolili.
