Spoj sulforafan, koji je prisutan u svim kupusnja\u010dama, mo\u017ee utjecati na regulaciju metabolizma estrogena. U ve\u0107em loncu na maslacu propirjajte luk, dodajte kupus i mije\u0161ajte dok ne postane staklast. Umije\u0161ajte ka\u0161u (svu osim dviju \u017elica koje \u0107e biti potrebne za ve\u010deru), juhu, kim i sol te pokriveno kuhajte desetak minuta. Varivo za\u010dinite mu\u0161katnim ora\u0161\u010di\u0107em i sjemenkama korijandra te paprom. Prema potrebi dolijte malo juhe.
