Za recepte u nastavku odabrala sam \u0161itake jer su izvrsna, punog okusa koji miluje nepce te pravi \u201eeliksir \u017eivota\u201d koji pru\u017ea vitalnost i energiju. Usto pripadaju me\u0111u vrste gljiva koje se najvi\u0161e istra\u017euju. Njihovi su farmakolo\u0161ki aktivni sastojci ekstrakti LEM, LAP IN KS-2, lentinin i lentinan od kojih se proizvode \u010dak i lijekovi. U receptima mirne du\u0161e mo\u017eete zamijeniti gljive \u0161itake bilo kojim drugim gljivama. Mo\u017eda u zamrziva\u010du imate jesenske vrganje ili u svojoj prodavaonici mo\u017eete kupiti samo svje\u017ee \u0161ampinjone ili bukova\u010de?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ru\u010dak: PALA\u010cINKE OD HELJDE S GLJIVAMA \u0160ITAKE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za jednu osobu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>60 g heljdinog bra\u0161na<\/li><li>1 jaje<\/li><li>malo vrlo hladne mineralne vode s mnogo magnezija<\/li><li>1 \u017elica otopljenog maslaca<\/li><li>100 g gljiva \u0161itake<\/li><li>1 nasjeckana ljutika<\/li><li>1 nasjeckani mali re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka<\/li><li>1 \u017eli\u010dica kosane masti<\/li><li>1 \u017eli\u010dica maslinova ulja<\/li><li>prstovet suhog timijana<\/li><li>1 \u017elica per\u0161ina<\/li><li>papar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od bra\u0161na, jaja, otopljenog maslaca i mineralne vode pripremite smjesu za pala\u010dinke i ostavite stajati najmanje dva sata. Tik prije nego \u0161to po\u010dnete pe\u0107i pala\u010dinku, pripremite gljive: na kosanoj masti i maslinovu ulju propirjajte luk, dodajte \u010de\u0161njak i, kad zamiri\u0161e, dodajte jo\u0161 narezane i o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene gljive i timijan. Pr\u017eite dok gljive ne uvenu i malo se ne popeku. Dodajte per\u0161in, posolite i popaprite po ukusu. Maknite na toplo mjesto. Brzo ispecite pala\u010dinku. Kad se ispe\u010de s jedne strane, okrenite je i jo\u0161 tijekom pe\u010denja na nju stavite gljive. U posudi zagrijte maslinovo ulje, dodajte ljutiku i koroma\u010d te pr\u017eite 10 minuta odnosno dok sastojci ne omek\u0161aju. Dodajte o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene gljive \u0161itake (ili \u0161ampinjone) narezane na trakice te pr\u017eite jo\u0161 4 minute. Dodajte vino, nasjeckanu suhu raj\u010dicu, pire od raj\u010dice, lovorov list i pri\u010dekajte nekoliko minuta da vino ishlapi. Dodajte 2 dl vru\u0107e vode, 2 \u017elice oprane kvinoje i kuhajte 30 minuta. Ako je jelo presuho, dodajte jo\u0161 malo vode i ponovno zakuhajte. Pospite per\u0161inom i poslu\u017eite.
