Ananas je izvrstan izvor vitamina C, niskokalori\u010dan je i iznimno hranjiv. Sadr\u017eava enzim bromelin, koji poma\u017ee u razgradnji bjelan\u010devina. Ananas pospje\u0161uje i probavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SLATKO-KISELA SALATA OD GRAHA I ANANASA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>svje\u017ei ananas<\/li><li>crveni grah (mo\u017ee konzervirani)<\/li><li>kukuruz (konzervirani)<\/li><li>ljubi\u010dasti luk<\/li><li>svje\u017ea zelena ili crvena paprika<\/li><li>limunov sok<\/li><li>maslinovo ulje<\/li><li>po \u017eelji \u2013 papar ili \u010dili<\/li><li>sol<\/li><li>sir po \u017eelji<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ananas o\u010distite i nare\u017eite na kockice. Grah procijedite i isperite pod mlazom vode. Luk i papriku nasjeckajte. Pomije\u0161ajte sve sastojke. Po \u017eelji dodajte sir narezan na kockice. Salatu mo\u017eete pripremiti nave\u010der i ostaviti u hladnjaku.
