Z vdihom dvignemo roke nad glavo, z izdihom pokr\u010dimo noge v kolenih, kolikor je potrebno, z ravnim hrbtom pa naredimo globok predklon, naslonimo rebra na stegna, roki sta vzporedni s stopali, ramena so dale\u010d od u\u0161es. Ob vdihu zravnamo roke in ob izdihu sprostimo telo na stegnih (2-krat). Primemo se za komolce (nasprotna roka z nasprotnim komolcem) in potegnemo komolce proti tlom, zravnamo hrbtenico, zadr\u017eimo za 3 vdihe.
