Kislo zelje je bogato z vitamini in minerali ter tako odli\u010dno \u017eivilo za krepitev odpornosti in izbolj\u0161anje prebave.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kislo zelje je prav tako naravni probiotik in varuje \u010drevesno mikrofloro ter s tem celoten organizem. Da bi obdr\u017eali hranljive snovi, je kislo zelje vedno priporo\u010dljivo u\u017eivati surovo, \u010de ga dodajate kuhanim jedem, pa to storite pri koncu kuhanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko pripravljate kosilo, odvzemite ustrezno koli\u010dino kislega zelja, ki jo boste pripravili za ve\u010derjo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za kosilo in ve\u010derjo za eno osebo boste potrebovali 250 g kislega zelja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kosilo: JUHA S KISLIM ZELJEM IN FI\u017dOLOM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za 1 osebo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hranljiva, hitro pripravljena in okusna juha, ki bo razbremenila va\u0161o prebavo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>125 g ribanega kislega zelja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g fi\u017eola (vlo\u017eenega)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malo slanine po okusu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olj\u010dno olje, poper, sol, mleta sladka paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na olj\u010dnem olju prepra\u017eite slanino, dodajte fi\u017eol, zalijte z vodo in dodajte za\u010dimbe. Kuhajte pribli\u017eno 10\u201315 min. Pri koncu kuhanja dodajte kislo zelje. \u010ce \u017eelite gostej\u0161o juho, lahko fi\u017eol nekoliko pretla\u010dite, preden dodate kislo zelje. Postrezite toplo. Odcedite ga in dajte v skledo. Koren\u010dek in jabolko (\u010de ste se odlo\u010dili poskusiti to kombinacijo) naribajte in dodajte zelju. Prelijte z jogurtom in dobro preme\u0161ajte.
