Mikrobiota v \u010dlove\u0161kem \u010drevesju se razvija skupaj z gostiteljevim imunskim sistemom. Mikrobna skupnost opravlja razli\u010dne funkcije v \u010dlove\u0161kem telesu, za fiziologijo pa je klju\u010dna povezanost med gostiteljevim imunskim sistemom in mikrobioto.[1] \u00bb\u010crevesna imunost\u00ab mora ostati v dinami\u010dnem ravnovesju s homeostazo \u010dlove\u0161kega telesa in se odzivati na invazijo mikrobov. Prebavni trakt ni le \u00bbdom\u00ab velikemu \u0161tevilu mikrobov, temve\u010d je tudi organ, ki vsebuje najve\u010d imunskih celic, prisotnih v limfnih strukturah. Makrofagi, T-celice, sekretorni imunoglobulin A (IgA) in \u0161tevilni drugi, ki nastajajo v \u010drevesnih imunskih celicah, prispevajo k ustvarjanju imunskega odziva na vdor patogenov, hkrati pa ohranjajo mikrobno skupnost pod nadzorom.[2, 3, 4]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010crevesni epitelij je nenehno izpostavljen patogenim bakterijam, glivam, virusom in parazitom. Patogeni lahko vplivajo na celovitost in delovanje \u010drevesja[5] ter ogro\u017eajo imunski sistem.[6] Postopek medsebojnega delovanja \u010drevesne sluznice, mikrobiote in patogenov \u017ee vrsto let dejavno in celostno preu\u010dujejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato moramo biti na pravilno delovanje \u010drevesja izredno pozorni. Za bolnike, ki imajo te\u017eave z zaprtostjo, je zna\u010dilno po\u010dasnej\u0161e prehajanja \u010drevesne vsebine. Kopi\u010denje velikih koli\u010din blata poru\u0161i mikrobno ravnovesje, vpliva na stanje \u010drevesne sluznice in privede do motenj ustreznega imunskega odziva.[7]<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/z_SLIKA-1-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59073\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/z_SLIKA-1-2.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/z_SLIKA-1-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/z_SLIKA-1-2-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/z_SLIKA-1-2-750x500.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/z_SLIKA-1-2-900x600.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Raziskava na skupini bolnikov, ki so pili zdravilno mineralno vodo Donat, je pokazala, da voda zaradi edinstvene sestave elementov v sledovih lahko vpliva na presnovo koristne \u010drevesne mikroflore. \u0160tevilni avtorji[8, 9, 10] so v svojih delih pokazali, da magnezij in kalcij lahko spodbujata rast bifido- in laktobakterij,[8] krepita sintezo zunajceli\u010dnih proteinaz bifidobakterij[9] in izbolj\u0161ujeta funkcionalno delovanje zunajceli\u010dne lipaze L. plantarum.[10] V raziskavi N. V. Horo\u0161ilove, L. V. Po\u017ealostine in E. I. Lihanskaje iz leta 2016 je sodelovalo 37 bolnikov s sindromom razdra\u017eljivega \u010drevesja z zaprtostjo (K58.2 po ICD-10) v obdobju remisije. Mineralno vodo Donat je prejemalo 22 bolnikov, starih od 30 do 80 let, med katerimi je bilo enako \u0161tevilo mo\u0161kih in \u017eensk. Bolniki so tri tedne prejemali odmerek 100 ml dvakrat na dan pred obrokom in so ga dobro prena\u0161ali, niso se prito\u017eevali niti ni bilo opaziti stranskih u\u010dinkov. Pri vseh bolnikih so preverili kakovostno in koli\u010dinsko sestavo \u010drevesne mikroflore pred raziskavo in po njej. V raziskavi je bilo ugotovljeno, da je bila pri 63,6 % bolnikov, ki so pili mineralno vodo, spet vzpostavljena normalna raven laktobakterij, \u010dezmerna rast pogojno patogene mikroflore pa se je zmanj\u0161ala.
