{"id":59133,"date":"2021-09-01T08:25:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-01T06:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/?p=59133"},"modified":"2022-06-09T14:11:21","modified_gmt":"2022-06-09T12:11:21","slug":"vpliv-mikrobiote-na-splosno-zdravje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/sl\/vpliv-mikrobiote-na-splosno-zdravje\/","title":{"rendered":"Vpliv mikrobiote na splo\u0161no zdravje"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Raziskave, opravljene v zadnjih letih, so dokazale, kako zelo pomembna je mikrobna skupnost za zdravstveno stanje \u010dloveka.[1,2,3,4] Na kakovostno in koli\u010dinsko sestavo \u010drevesne mikrobiote vpliva veliko dejavnikov, med drugim prehranjevalne navade in na\u010din \u017eivljenja. Motnje delovanja \u010drevesne mikroflore slabijo odziv imunskega sistema, omogo\u010dajo razvoj presnovnih motenj in povzro\u010dajo alergijske reakcije.[3,4] Z uporabo sodobnih diagnosti\u010dnih metod je mogo\u010de v celoti odkriti delovanje genov \u0161tevilnih predstavnikov \u010drevesne mikroflore. Z raziskavami posku\u0161amo odkriti povezanost med motnjami delovanja pri spremembah mikrobiote in razli\u010dnimi \u010dlove\u0161kimi boleznimi. Profil \u010drevesne skupnosti je pri vsakem posamezniku druga\u010den, vendar jo v 75 % sestavljajo bakterije&nbsp;<em>Verrucomicrobia, Firmicutes, Bacteroides, Fusibacteria, Proteobacteria in Actinobacteria<\/em>,[5] dolo\u010da pa jo genom konkretnega \u010dloveka.[6] \u010clove\u0161ko zdravje in splo\u0161no homeostazo omogo\u010dajo nekateri najpomembnej\u0161i predstavniki grampozitivne anaerobne mikroflore \u2013 laktobacili in bifidobakterije. \u010ce jih je dovolj, u\u010dinkovito prepre\u010dujejo naselitev tuje mikroflore v \u010drevesju.[7] \u010crevesni mikrobiom vpliva tudi na delovanje osi mikrobiota\u2013\u010drevesje\u2013mo\u017egani, in to tako, da spodbuja delovanje nespecifi\u010dne imunosti ter endokrinega, \u017eiv\u010dnega in imunskega sistema.[8]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Slika 1 Delovanje normalne \u010drevesne mikroflore[11]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"792\" height=\"633\" src=\"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SLO-Medical.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59134\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SLO-Medical.png 792w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SLO-Medical-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SLO-Medical-125x100.png 125w, https:\/\/www.donat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SLO-Medical-750x599.png 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 792px) 100vw, 792px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u0160tevilne endokrine in psihovegetativne motnje so med drugim povezane s pomanjkanjem in motnjo absorpcije magnezija v organizmu.[9] V raziskavi, ki smo jo opravili med letoma 2013 in 2016, smo med opazovanjem z instrumenti ter med laboratorijskimi in klini\u010dnimi opazovanji otrok in najstnikov (134 oseb v starosti od 10 do 18 let) ugotovili, da je pomanjkanje magnezija povezano s funkcionalno zaprtostjo.[10] Motnje energijskih, nevrokemi\u010dnih in presnovnih procesov v celicah osrednjega in vegetativnega \u017eiv\u010devja povzro\u010dajo motnje pri psihi, \u010dustvih in prilagoditvenih procesih, nato pa povzro\u010dajo tudi funkcionalne motnje v obliki zaprtosti.
