Pri tem ima zelo pomembno vlogo bariera \u010drevesne sluznice, na njeno delovanje pa vplivajo motnje prebavnih procesov, absorpcije in presnove. \u010crevesna bariera usklajuje fiziolo\u0161ke procese, ki omogo\u010dajo normalno homeostazo. V \u010drevesni svetlini delujejo razli\u010dni okoljski dejavniki, ki vplivajo na mikrobioto.[1] Lokacija in gostota mikroorganizmov v prebavnem traktu sta razli\u010dni tako v podol\u017eni (od ustne votline do danke) kot pre\u010dni smeri (od epitelija do svetline). Na razli\u010dno sestavo in gostoto poselitve mikrobov vplivajo pH, koncentracija \u017eol\u010da, dostopnost hranilnih snovi, usklajeno delovanje imunskega sistema idr.[2] Najve\u010dja gostota poselitve bakterij je v debelem \u010drevesu, in sicer od 1011 do 1012 bakterij na gram, tj. 60 % celotne mase blata.[3] Voda se izlo\u010da po vsem gastrointestinalnem traktu od dvanajstnika do spodnjega dela debelega \u010drevesa. Ugotovili so, da na gibanje \u010drevesja prav tako vpliva imunski sistem, saj se pojavljajo novi dokazi o vnetni reakciji pri nekaterih bolnikih z zaprtostjo. Zato je izjemno pomembno zagotoviti pravilno prebavo pri bolnikih z motnjami \u010drevesnega mikrobioma ter tako vplivati na kakovost in koli\u010dino sestave \u010drevesja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V raziskavah (Bothe G., Coh A., Auinger A., 2015, Indejkina L. H., 2018) so pokazali, da zdravilna mineralna voda Donat vpliva na delovanje gastrointestinalnega trakta.[6,7] V raziskavah so statisti\u010dno pomembno pokazali, da u\u017eivanje 200 ml zdravilne mineralne vode trikrat na dan v obdobju treh tednov skraj\u0161a \u010das prenosa vsebine \u010drevesja in normalizira pogostost iztrebljanja.
