Ne glede na to, v katero skupino spadate, pa je dejstvo, da je brsti\u010dni ohrovt izjemno zdrav antioksidant, ki odpravlja slabokrvnost in zmanj\u0161a tveganje nastanka koronarnih bolezni. Brsti\u010dni ohrovt kuhajte na pari 5 minut. Dovolj je 5 (maksimalno 6-7) minut kuhanja na pari, ker tako ne bo postal ka\u0161ast, vonj pa bo manj intenziven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponavadi ljudje mislijo, da je brsti\u010dni ohrovt potrebno kuhati dolgo, ampak prav zaradi tega potem postane ka\u0161ast in oddaja mo\u010dan vonj, ki negativno vpliva tudi na okus. Za omako zme\u0161ajte 3 \u017elice olivnega olja, 2 \u017eli\u010dki limoninega soka, malo \u010desna, morske soli in popra, 1 \u017elico zenfa, malo kaper in nasekljane za\u010dimbe (peter\u0161ilj ali baziliko).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
