Do tega pojava pride zaradi oslabljenega dela kro\u017ene mi\u0161ice spodnjega dela po\u017eiralnika. V normalnih pogojih ta mi\u0161ica zadr\u017euje \u017eelod\u010dno kislino tam, kjer bi morala biti \u2013 v \u017eelodcu. Vendar pod vplivom \u0161tevilnih dejavnikov ta mi\u0161ica oslabi oziroma je pod pritiskom, zato pride do prodiranja oziroma vra\u010danja \u017eelod\u010dne kisline iz \u017eelodca v po\u017eiralnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>Koliko ljudi trpi zaradi zgage?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V dana\u0161njem \u010dasu je zgaga vse pogostej\u0161a te\u017eava. V zahodnem svetu se pojavlja pri 20-40 % ljudi, mnogi med njimi, teh je kar 10 %, pa imajo vsak dan te\u017eave z zgago. Pogostej\u0161a je pri mo\u0161kih, starej\u0161ih in nose\u010dnicah. \u010ceprav je zgaga simptom, ki ga ljudje obi\u010dajno ne ob\u010dutimo dramati\u010dno in zaradi nje ne gredo k zdravniku, se ji je vseeno najbolje izogniti ali jo omiliti, \u010de je le mogo\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Kaj povzro\u010da zgago?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzroki za zgago so \u0161tevilni.
