V vro\u010do ovseno ka\u0161o dodamo<br>mlete le\u0161nike, narezano banano in prelijemo z \u017elico medu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dopoldanska malica<\/strong>: <br>200g borovnic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kosilo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Testenine s paradi\u017enikom in baziliko<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><br>\u2022 250 g \u010de\u0161njevega paradi\u017enika<br>\u2022 150 g nekuhanih testenin brez jajc<br>\u2022 2 stroka \u010desna<br>\u2022 pest sve\u017ee bazilike<br>\u2022 2 \u0161\u010depca soli<br>\u2022 poper po \u017eelji<br>\u2022 2 \u017elici olj\u010dnega olja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><br>Na olj\u010dnem olju du\u0161imo drobno sesekljan \u010desen. \u010ce\u0161njev<br>paradi\u017enik zme\u0161amo v blenderju in dodamo v ponev, solimo<br>in popramo ter kuhamo na majhnem ognju, dokler se omaka<br>ne zreducira za 1\/3. Na koncu dodamo pest sve\u017ee bazilike.<br>Kuhane testenine al dente prelijemo z omako.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Popoldanska malica:<\/strong> <br>Koruzni krekerji s humusom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><br>3 koruzni krekerji<br>3 \u017elice humus namaza <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ve\u010derja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gill tofu s pe\u010deno papriko<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<br><\/strong>\u2022 2 zeleni papriki<br>\u2022 200 g tofuja<br>\u2022 3 \u017elice olj\u010dnega olja<br>\u2022 1 \u0161\u010depec popra<br>\u2022 1 \u0161\u010depec posu\u0161enega ro\u017emarina<br>\u2022 1 \u0161\u010depec \u010dili paprike<br>\u2022 1 \u0161\u010depec morske soli<br>\u2022 \u00bd -1 \u017elica jabol\u010dnega kisa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><br>Tofu nare\u017eemo na 3-4 rezine in damo v marinado iz olj\u010dnega<br>olja in za\u010dimb, pustimo eno uro, da se marinira (lahko tudi<br>\u010dez dan). Medtem v pe\u010dici ali na \u0161tedilniku pope\u010demo cele<br>paprike. Ko so pe\u010dene, jih prestavimo v skledo in jih za kratek<br>\u010das pokrijemo. Ko se ohladijo, jih olupimo in odstranimo<br>pecelj in ko\u0161\u010dice, po \u017eelji za\u010dinimo s \u010desnom, olj\u010dnim oljem,<br>soljo in kisom. Marinirani tofu na kratko pope\u010demo v \u017ear<br>ponvi in postre\u017eemo s solato iz pe\u010dene paprike.
