V lonec damo<br>repi\u010dno olje, da se segreje, in na kratko du\u0161imo sesekljano<br>\u010debulo in \u010desen. Ko se zmeh\u010da, dodamo bu\u010do in krompir<br>z za\u010dimbami. Vse skupaj preme\u0161amo, dokler ne ovene in<br>prelijemo z vrelo vodo ali zelenjavno ju\u0161no osnovo. Kuhamo<br>do 20 minut, oziroma dokler zelenjava ne postane mehka.<br>Proti koncu dodamo limonin sok in vse sestavine zmiksamo<br>v kremno juho. Preden juho postre\u017eemo, dodamo ovseno<br>smetano in po \u017eelji okrasimo s semeni, bu\u010dnim oljem in<br>drugimi dodatki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Popoldanska malica:<\/strong> Chia puding z mangom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(200 ml kokosovega napitka, 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka kokosovega masla, 2 \u017elici chia semen, \u00bd manga ali ananasa, \u00bc<br>stroka vanilje). Mango ali ananas nare\u017eemo in pretla\u010dimo z vilicami ter na kratko podu\u0161imo na malo kokosovega<br>masla in vaniljevih semen. V kokosov napitek dodamo pretla\u010den mango in chia semena, vse dobro preme\u0161amo<br>in pustimo vsaj 30 minut, da nabrekne. Okrasimo s kockicami manga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010derja<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veganska foka\u010da in zelena solata<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<br><\/strong>\u2022 200 g pirine moke<br>\u2022 100 ml tople vode<br>\u2022 50 \u010de\u0161njevih paradi\u017enikov<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica zelenih oliv<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica kaper<br>\u2022 3 \u017elice olj\u010dnega olja<br>\u2022 \u0161\u010depec posu\u0161enega origana<br>\u2022 2 \u0161\u010depca posu\u0161enega ro\u017emarina<br>\u2022 30 g rukole<br>\u2022 40 g motovilca<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica balzami\u010dnega kisa<br>\u2022 \u0161\u010depec morske soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<br><\/strong>Zamesimo pirino moko, pecilni pra\u0161ek, sol in vodo.<br>Razvle\u010demo v poga\u010do in prema\u017eemo z olj\u010dnim oljem, dodamo<br>vse ostale sestavine in za\u010dimbe ter pe\u010demo pribli\u017eno 20<br>minut pri 180 \u00b0 C.
