Kuhamo v vodi, v kateri se je kuhalo<br>jabolko, med kuhanjem dodamo \u0161\u010depec soli in kardamom.<br>Vro\u010di proseni ka\u0161i dodamo jabol\u010dni pire in potresemo z<br>robidami. Po \u017eelji sladkamo z medom. Postre\u017eemo ob kavi z<br>rastlinskim napitkom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dopoldanska malica<\/strong>: Jogurt z grisini<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g sojinega jogurta, 70 g slanih grisinov s sezamom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kosilo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enolon\u010dnica iz \u010di\u010derike in je\u010dmena<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<br><\/strong>\u2022 50 g je\u010dmena<br>\u2022 100 g kuhane \u010di\u010derike \/40 g suhe<br>\u2022 40 g korena zelene<br>\u2022 1 krompir<br>\u2022 1\/2 glavice rde\u010de \u010debule<br>\u2022 1 koren\u010dek<br>\u2022 500 ml zelenjavne ju\u0161ne osnove<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica repi\u010dnega olja<br>\u2022 sol in poper po \u017eelji<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka rde\u010de paprike<br>\u2022 majhen \u0161\u010depec \u010dili paprike<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<br><\/strong>Na repi\u010dnem olju na kratko prepra\u017eimo \u010debulo, dodamo<br>drobno sesekljano korenje in zeleno ter du\u0161imo, dokler se<br>ne za\u010dne meh\u010dati in dolijemo zelenjavno ju\u0161no osnovo.<br>Nato dodamo je\u010dmen in za\u010dimbe ter kuhamo 20 minut na<br>zmernem ognju. Preme\u0161amo in na zmernem ognju kuhamo<br>\u0161e pribli\u017eno 20 minut. Dodamo na kockice narezan krompir in<br>kuhano \u010di\u010deriko iz plo\u010devinke, posodo pokrijemo in kuhamo<br>\u0161e 10 minut. \u010ce uporabimo suho \u010di\u010deriko, jo dodamo skupaj z<br>je\u010dmenom na za\u010detku kuhanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Popoldanska malica<\/strong>: Kivi 2 kosa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010derja<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zlato mleko z ovsenimi pi\u0161koti<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><br>\u2022 250 ml mandljevega napitka<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka kurkume v prahu<br>\u2022 1 \u0161\u010depec \u010drnega popra<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka kokosovega masla<br>\u2022 med ali sladilo (po \u017eelji)<br>\u2022 40 g ovsenih pi\u0161kotov brez dodanega sladkorja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava: <\/strong><br>Rastlinski napitek damo v posodo in kuhamo.
