Pala\u010dinke pe\u010demo na kokosovem maslu. Velikost pala\u010dink je premera 8-10 cm. Prilijemo zelenjavno ju\u0161no osnovo. Nato dodamo ajdo, grah in za\u010dimbe ter kuhamo 20 minut na zmernem ognju. na 9. dan programa Donat Imuno delimo z vami misel nutricionistke Kristine Aralice Tu\u0161ak, ki je zasnovala program v sodelovanju s strokovnjaki s podro\u010dja nutricionistike, gastroenterologije,
