Testenine skuhamo v slani vodi. Sojini smetani dodamo sol, poper, le\u0161nikovo pasto in prelijemo po gobah in grahu. V ponev dodamo kuhane fetu\u010dine z malo \u0161krobnate vode, v kateri so se kuhale testenine. Vse skupaj zme\u0161amo in postre\u017eemo z veganskim parmezanom po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Popoldanska malica<\/strong>: Kola\u010d z jabolki in slivami<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mokre sestavine<br><\/strong>\u2022 120 ml mandljevega napitka<br>\u2022 4 \u017elice jabol\u010dnega soka<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka jabol\u010dnega kisa<br>\u2022 4 \u017elice agavinega sirupa<br>\u2022 4 \u017elice repi\u010dnega olja<br>\u2022 \u00bc stroka vanilje ali \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke vaniljevega ekstrakta<br><strong>Suhe sestavine:<br><\/strong>\u2022 80 g pirine moke<br>\u2022 1 pecilni pra\u0161ek<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka sode bikarbone<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka cimeta<br>\u2022 \u0161\u010depec soli<br>\u2022 1 veliko jabolko na drobno sesekljano<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica rjavega sladkorja ali kokosovega sladkorja<br><strong>Omaka:<br><\/strong>\u2022 150 ml mandljevega napitka<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica agavinega sirupa<br>\u2022 \u00bc stroka vanilje ali \u00bd \u017eli\u010dka vaniljevega ekstrakta<br>\u2022 \u0161\u010depec soli<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica koruznega \u0161kroba<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka cimeta in mu\u0161katnega ore\u0161\u010dka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><br>Sesekljana jabolka zme\u0161amo z rjavim ali kokosovim sladkorjem in pustimo stati. V posodi zme\u0161amo mokre sestavine za kola\u010d in po\u010dasi dodajamo predhodno zme\u0161ane suhe sestavine, dokler ne dobimo enakomerne zmesi. Vme\u0161amo sladkana jabolka in zmes vlijemo v kalup na peki papir. Po \u017eelji dodatno potresemo z muscovado sladkorjem. Pe\u010demo pri 180\u00b0 C od 35 do 45 minut. Lo\u010dimo 4 \u017elice mandljevega napitka od ostale koli\u010dine in me\u0161amo s koruznim \u0161krobom, dokler se ne raztopi. Preostanek mandljevega napitka segrejemo z agavinim sirupom in za\u010dimbami ter zavremo. V vro\u010de mleko dodajamo stopljeni \u0161krob, nenehno me\u0161amo, dokler se zmerno ne zgosti. Nato rezine jabol\u010dnega kola\u010da prelite z aromati\u010dno omako postre\u017eemo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010derja<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tortilje s humusom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<br><\/strong>\u2022 70 g koruznih tortilj<br>\u2022 5 \u017elic humusa z limeto in kurkumo<br>\u2022 1 rde\u010da paprika, narezana na pal\u010dke<br>\u2022 300 ml metinega \u010daja z ingverjem<\/p>\n\n\n
