Tanke rezine pope\u010denega kruha namakamo za pribli\u017eno pol minute in jih pope\u010demo v segretem kokosovem olju do zlato rjave barve. Nato v isti ponvi karameliziramo z rjavim sladkorjem mandarine ali pomaran\u010do in prelijemo prek toplega toasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dopoldanska malica<\/strong>: Slana pra\u017eena \u010di\u010derika in jabolko Granny Smith<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><br>\u2022 100 g kuhane \u010di\u010derike<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica olj\u010dnega olja<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke soli<br>\u2022 \u0161\u010depec popra<br>\u2022 \u0161\u010depec kurkume ali za\u010dimb po \u017eelji<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava: <\/strong><br>Kuhano \u010di\u010deriko ali \u010di\u010deriko iz konzerve odcedimo, speremo in posu\u0161imo. Odstranimo membrane na \u010di\u010deriki in dodamo olje in za\u010dimbe ter vse dobro preme\u0161amo. Pe\u010dico segrejemo na 200 \u00b0 C. Za\u010dinjeno \u010di\u010deriko enakomerno razporedimo po peka\u010du, oblo\u017eenem s peki papirjem. Pe\u010demo pribli\u017eno 25 minut in ob\u010dasno pome\u0161amo. Pe\u010demo 15 minut, dokler fi\u017eol \u201dne razpoka\u201d ali posu\u0161i. Segrejemo ognjevarno ponev in dodamo olje, \u010desen in \u0161alotko. Prepra\u017eimo in me\u0161amo nekaj minut, dokler se ne zmeh\u010da in odstranimo z ognja. Ohlajen fi\u017eol damo v sekljalnik skupaj s prepra\u017eenim \u010desnom, \u0161alotko, za\u010dimbami in sesekljamo na najni\u017eji hitrosti. Nato dodamo \u0161e kuhano in ohlajeno kvinojo, veganski parmezan, paradi\u017enikov pire, sve\u017eo baziliko in peter\u0161ilj ter nadaljujemo s sekljanjem, dokler ne dobimo me\u0161anico lepljive teksture, ki jo je enostavno oblikovati v kroglice. Zmes oblikujemo v manj\u0161e kroglice.<br>Ognjevzarno ponev z malo olja ponovno segrejemo in dodamo cmo\u010dke.
