Spomladanske zavitke postrez\u017eemo s sladko-kislo sojino omako.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Popoldanska malica<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slivova pita<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine (za 8-10 kosov):<\/strong><br>\u2022 2 skodelici ostre ali brezglutenske moke<br>\u2022 2 \u017elici rjavega sladkorja<br>\u2022 1\/2 \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke soli<br>\u2022 3-4 \u017elice kokosovega masla<br>\u2022 8 \u017elic hladne vode (dodati po potrebi)<br>\u2022 4-5 zrelih sliv<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka cimeta<br>\u2022 1\/2 \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke mletega kardamoma<br>\u2022 1\/2 stisnjene limone<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica agavinega sirupa<br>\u2022 1\/4 stroka vanilje<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka mandljeve moke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong> <br>Zme\u0161amo moko, sladkor in sol, dodamo ohlajeno kokosovo maslo in ga s prsti vme\u0161amo v moko, dokler se vse ne pove\u017ee. Postopoma dodajamo hladno vodo in preme\u0161amo. Ko je testo dovolj vla\u017eno za oblikovanje, oblikujemo dva &#8220;hleb\u010dka&#8221; in pustimo, da se ohladi pribli\u017eno 10 minut. Medtem slive nare\u017eemo na rezine in dodamo za\u010dimbe, limonin sok in mandljevo moko. Model za pito prema\u017eemo s kokosovim maslom in malo moke. Nalijemo na nama\u0161\u010den peka\u010d in pustimo, da se ohladi in nato nare\u017eemo na kocke. Na \u017earu kocke polente pope\u010demo. Postre\u017eemo z rezinami paradi\u017enika in sve\u017eo baziliko.
