Damo za pol ure v zamrzovalnik, ob\u010dasno preme\u0161amo ledeno me\u0161anico. Prilijemo vodo in skuhamo krompir in bu\u010dke, ki smo jih predhodno narezali na kockice. Ko je zelenjava kuhana, dodamo sojino smetano, sol in poper ter s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom zmiksamo v kremno juho. Dodamo malo limoninega soka in \u0161\u010depec drobnjaka.
