V ponev damo malo olj\u010dnega olja, na drobno sesekljano \u010debulo in narezane bu\u010dke, du\u0161imo, dokler bu\u010dke ne postanejo mehke in za\u010dinimo. Pustimo, da se bu\u010dke nekoliko ohladijo in jih zme\u0161amo z me\u0161anico \u010di\u010derikine moke. V nelepljivo ponev damo malo olj\u010dnega olja in segrejemo. Prilijemo zmes, pustimo, da se brez me\u0161anja pribli\u017eno 5 minut &#8220;kuha&#8221;. Obrnemo na servirni kro\u017enik in potresemo s sve\u017eim drobnjakom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dopoldanska malica<\/strong>: Kokosov sadni jogurt &#8211; kokosov jogurt, \u00bd manga<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kosilo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veganski giros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><br>\u2022 nekva\u0161ena lepinja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nadev:<\/strong><br>\u2022 200 g tanko narezanih du\u0161enih \u0161ampinjonov<br>\u2022 1 manj\u0161a paprika<br>\u2022 pest naribanega rde\u010dega zelja<br>\u2022 \u00bd manj\u0161e kumare<br>\u2022 1 manj\u0161a \u010debula (lahko tudi kisla \u010debulica)<br>\u2022 3 \u010de\u0161njevi paradi\u017eniki<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica olj\u010dnega olja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Omaka:<\/strong><br>\u2022 \u00bd preostale kumare, olupljena in drobno naribana<br>\u2022 1 skodelica indijskih ore\u0161\u010dkov<br>\u2022 3\/4 skodelice vode<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica limoninega soka<br>\u2022 2 \u010dajni \u017eli\u010dki alkoholnega kisa<br>\u2022 3 stroki \u010desna<br>\u2022 1\/2 \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke morske soli<br>\u2022 \u0161\u010depec mletega \u010drnega popra<br>\u2022 pest sve\u017eega kopra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><br>Naribano kumaro damo v cedilo in iztisnemo odve\u010dno vodo. Vse sestavine, razen kumare in kopra, zmiksamo v blenderju, da zmes postane gladka. Dodamo kumaro in koperc ter me\u0161amo, dokler se vse ne zdru\u017ei. Pripravljeno omako postavimo v hladilnik. Pripravimo in nare\u017eemo vse sestavine za giros ter z njimi napolnimo nekva\u0161eno lepinjo in serviramo z omako tzaziki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Popoldanska malica<\/strong>: Ore\u0161ki 50
