Kuhamo na srednje mo\u010dnem ognju, pokrito, pribli\u017eno 10 minut, nato odkrijemo in nadaljujemo \u0161e 10 minut. Dodamo kokosovo mleko in kuhamo \u0161e 10 minut, dodamo sol, mu\u0161katni ore\u0161\u010dek in poper. Okrasimo s sve\u017eim peter\u0161iljem in postre\u017eemo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Popoldanska malica<\/strong>: Kokice z morsko soljo in olj\u010dnim oljem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010derja<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Slani mafin z bu\u010dkami<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine (za 12 mafinov):<\/strong><br>\u2022 2 manj\u0161i bu\u010dki<br>\u2022 200g \u010di\u010derikine moke<br>\u2022 50 ml olj\u010dnega olja<br>\u2022 1 vre\u010dka pecilnega pra\u0161ka<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka timijana<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka ro\u017emarina<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke \u010desna v prahu<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka morske soli<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u017eli\u010dke \u010drnega popra<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke mlete kurkume<br>\u2022 2 skodelici ovsenega mleka<br>\u2022 70 g su\u0161enega paradi\u017enika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava: <\/strong><br>Pe\u010dico segrejemo na 180\u00b0 C in prema\u017eemo model\u010dke za mafine. Bu\u010dke naribamo na velikih luknjah na ribe\u017eu in jih dobro odcedimo. Zme\u0161amo \u010di\u010derikino moko, pecilni pra\u0161ek in za\u010dimbe. Na sredini sklede oblikujemo jamico in vlijemo rastlinsko mleko ter po\u010dasi me\u0161amo testo. Stisnjene bu\u010dke in su\u0161ene paradi\u017enike damo v testo in preme\u0161amo. Testo enakomerno porazdelimo po modelu za mafine in pe\u010demo 30 minut, dokler vrhovi mafinov ne postanejo zlato rjavi. Vzamemo iz pe\u010dice, mafine damo na re\u0161etko, da se ohladijo.
