Dodamo \u010debulo in du\u0161imo na zmernem ognju, dokler ne &#8220;postekleni&#8221;. Dodamo \u010desen in \u0161e naprej du\u0161imo, dokler se \u010debula rahlo ne karamelizira. Oddvojimo 1\/3 \u010debule, preostanek pa zme\u0161amo s fi\u017eolom in limoninim sokom ter za\u010dimbami v gladko omako. \u010ce je treba omako razred\u010diti, dodamo malo vode. Okrasimo z oljem in karamelizirano \u010debulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kosilo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veganska lazanja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong> <\/strong><br>Za rde\u010do omako (dve porciji):<br>\u2022 150 g gob<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka sojine omake<br>\u2022 1 plo\u010devinka sesekljanega paradi\u017enika<br>\u2022 1\/2 \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke morske soli<br>\u2022 pisani mleti poper po \u017eelji<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za belo omako:<\/strong><br>\u2022 2 \u017elici olj\u010dnega olja<br>\u2022 1 \u017elica moke<br>\u2022 1 skodelica sojinega mleka<br>\u2022 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka gor\u010dice<br>\u2022 \u0161\u010depec mu\u0161katnega ore\u0161\u010dka in popra<br>\u2022 \u00bd \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke soli<br>\u2022 6 kosov listov za lazanje s \u0161pina\u010do (brez jajc)<br>\u2022 1 paradi\u017enik, narezan na rezine<br>\u2022 4 rezine veganskega sira<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong> <br>Gobe nare\u017eemo, jih damo v lonec z oljem, du\u0161imo in dodamo sojino omako. Pokrijemo in pustimo na zmernem ognju, dokler gobe ne spustijo vode, nato posodo odkrijemo, da voda zavre. Dodamo paradi\u017enik iz plo\u010devinke in za\u010dimbe ter zavremo in nato \u0161e 10 minut pustimo na zmanj\u0161anem ognju. Medtem pripravimo belo omako. V lonec damo olje in segrevamo ter med nenehnim me\u0161anjem dodajamo moko. Nato vlijemo sojino mleko in nadaljujemo z me\u0161anjem, dokler se omaka ne zgosti. Odstranimo z ognja in dodamo za\u010dimbe ter gor\u010dico. Lazanje zlo\u017eimo z izmenjavo omak (bela omaka, zelena lazanja, paradi\u017enikova omaka itd.). Na belo omako pa nato razporedite \u0161e veganski sir in rezine paradi\u017enika. Pe\u010demo 30 minut v majhni pravokotni ponvi pri 220\u00b0 C. Potresemo \u0161e s posu\u0161enim origanom ali baziliko. Pustimo, da se ohladi vsaj 10 minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Popoldanska malica<\/strong>: granatno jabolko<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
