Vso zelenjavo nare\u017eemo na tanke trakove. Vsako zelenjavo prepra\u017eimo na sezamovem ali son\u010dni\u010dnem olju, da ostane hrustljava. Ri\u017eeve testenine skuhamo po navodilih. V voku popra\u017eimo mariniran tofu, zme\u0161amo ri\u017eeve rezance, zelenjavo in indijske ore\u0161\u010dke.
