Priprava je hitra in zelo preprosta, prebava pa jo obo\u017euje. Polenta ima visoko vsebnost vlaknin in malo kalorij. Ker je nevtralnega okusa, jo lahko kombinirate z razli\u010dnimi \u017eivili in servirate za zajtrk, kosilo ali ve\u010derjo. Je nasitna in lahko prebavljiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko polento kuhate za kosilo, skuhajte ve\u010djo koli\u010dino. Dodajte pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dja krilca, kratko prepra\u017eite in zalijte z vodo. Kuhajte pribli\u017eno 30 minut. Pred koncem kuhanja dodajte na kocke narezana koren\u010dek in papriko. Za\u010dinite po \u017eelji. Kuhajte \u0161e 5\u201310 minut. Zelenjava naj ostane \u010dvrsta. Kumaro nasekljajte in zme\u0161ajte s sirnim namazom. Na vsako kocko polente nama\u017eite malo pripravljenega namaza in potresite z za\u010dimbnicami po izbiri. \u010ce bi se raj\u0161i izognili sekljanju kumare, jo lahko preprosto nare\u017eete na kolute.
