Polo\u017eite ga na kos aluminijeve folije, za\u010dinite s soljo in poprom ter pokapajte z olj\u010dnim oljem. Zme\u0161ajte kislo smetano, majonezo, olj\u010dno olje, limonin sok, sol, poper in \u010desen po \u017eelji. Dodajte drobno nasekljan peter\u0161ilj. Vse skupaj lahko zme\u0161ate z vilicami ali v sekljalniku. Opecite ope\u010denec in nanj nama\u017eite pa\u0161teto. Kisle smetane in majoneze ni treba uporabiti, \u010de ne \u017eelite.
